Donnelly College mourns the passing of William H. “Bill” Dunn, Sr., a longtime friend, supporter and champion of the college’s mission.
For decades, Mr. Dunn, the Dunn Family Foundation and JE Dunn Construction have supported Donnelly’s work to provide affordable Catholic higher education to students who might otherwise be unable to pursue a college degree.
Mr. Dunn also served as honorary co-chair of Donnelly’s Transformations Capital Campaign from 2010 to 2022 and was a part of a family whose relationship with the college spanned generations.
We are grateful for Mr. Dunn’s friendship, leadership and lasting impact on Donnelly College, and we extend our prayers and deepest condolences to the Dunn family.
Mr. Dunn’s Funeral will be held at St. Ann Catholic Church in Prairie Village, Kansas, on Wednesday, June 10, with visitation from 9-10:30, with the Rosary at 10:30 and the Funeral Mass at 11 am. For more information, click here.
