Patrick Schulte, D.B.A., CFO / VP of Business Affairs
Donnelly College is pleased to announce Patrick Schulte, D.B.A., as the new Chief Financial Officer / Vice President of Business Affairs.
With a recent relocation to the Kansas City area for family, Schulte comes to Donnelly with nearly 20 years of leadership and financial experience in higher education. Over his career, he has worked for numerous educational institutions. Prior to his relocation, Schulte served Briar Cliff University in Sioux City, Iowa as vice president of finance, executive vice president and most recently, president. He has also worked for Dakota County Technical College/Inver Hills Community College (MN), The Sage Colleges (NY), St. Cloud State University (MN) and College of St. Benedict & St. John’s University (MN).
“We are excited to have Patrick join the Donnelly team,” said President Monsignor Stuart Swetland. “His experience of being a first-generation and non-traditional college student aligns directly with our mission of serving those who might not otherwise be served. I look forward to seeing Patrick serve our vision of advancing the common good in his position as CFO of Donnelly College.”
Schulte is passionate about Catholic institutions and providing collaborative leadership in higher education. He received his bachelor’s degree in economics and Master of Business Administration from St. Cloud State University and Doctor of Business Administration from Saint Mary’s University.
