Bio: 
I have been a math teacher since 1987. I taught at College of Baghdad (Al-Aqeeda) teaching Institute, until December 2008. I arrived in Kansas City, Kans. as an Iraqi Refugee in December 2008. I Joined Donnelly as a student in the ESL department on January 16, 2008. I graduated from Donnelly in May 2009 and then joined the math department as an adjunct instructor in June. I started my full-time position at Donnelly in August 2014.

Fun Fact: 
In my free time, I enjoy reading, cooking and gardening.
