Excel Constructors and dozens of sub-contractors have shifted much of their work to the interior of the building just in time for winter.
Concrete floors have been poured on the second and third floors, and networking cables and utilities are being installed on all floors.
The first floor is taking shape as well, with the risers/staricase underway.
