The Literacy KC VISTA Program
Is currently accepting applications for both summer and year-long AmeriCorps VISTA positions. Positions are available at several organizations including BoysGrow, Connecting For Good, KC Free Eye Clinic, KC Public Schools, KidSight, and UMKC Propel Program.
VISTA members serve full-time (40 hours per week) for a period of either ten weeks or one year. They receive a bi-weekly living allowance during their service, as well as the choice of a cash stipend or the Segal Education Award after they have completed their term as a VISTA member. It is a great way for Donnelly students and alumni to make a difference in our community while gaining valuable skills and experience. Is seeking motivated students for unpaid internships. Although unpaid, these internships provide valuable hands-on experiences for students. They are part-time and available every semester.
