Student Expo

9:00 am - 11:00 am

Student presentations will run from 9:15-10:15, and attendees can view displays (posters, research visuals, etc.) either before or after the presentations. We still need students to participate both with presentations and displays. Here are the participants we have so far, along with the faculty advisors for each:

Presentations:
  • Environmental Ethics students – Report on lightbulb distribution & partnership with Sierra Club (Paula & Joe)

  • Video of acting students’ interpretive reading of selection from What the Eyes Don’t See (Richard E.)
  • Community Garden slide show (Paula)
  • Reading from DIME related to the environment (Hugo?) & promotion of DIME release event on Friday, April 23 (Paula)

Displays:
  • Big 11 Lake research project (Joe)

  • Informational display by students on environmental issues (Ana)
  • Voter to Voter project -- Poster about government class project & impact of politics on the environment (Carol Marinovich, Ana)
