Interdisciplinary professor, having also taught for University of Missouri - Kansas City, Rockhurst University and Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. I have published and presented internationally in the fields of psychology, sociology and art. Charitable engagement is central to my life. Past highlights include preparing Kansas City teenagers to serve as Sister's of Loretto NGO Ambassadors for the 54th UN Commission on the Status of Women (NYC) and serving as the Lyric Opera’s lead discussant, with Lois Lowry, following performances of the Kansas City world premiere of the teen opera, The Giver.

Fun Fact:
Painting (oil painter) and Reading (definitely a bibliophile).
