Room Rental

Meeting Space at Donnelly

Donnelly College rents space to non-profit and community organizations on a space available basis. We have rooms ranging in size from a small conference room to a meeting room with capacity for 130 auditorium-style. Details about how to rent space, costs, and room sizes are included in this section.

Room Rates:

  • Meeting Room (Chapel): $75, accommodates approx. 130 people.
  • Regular Classrooms: $50
  • Smart Classrooms: $75
  • Cul-de-Snack: $75

*all rates are per event

Fees:

  • Non-refundable $25 deposit (Monday-Friday) or $50 deposit (Saturday).
  • Insurance fee of $95 per event payable to the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas (can be waived with faxed proof of $1,000,000 liability insurance coverage listing Donnelly/Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas as additional insured).

Rental Procedure:

1. Call the Registrar's Office at (913) 621-8733 to check availability.

2. Download the Room Rental Packet. This packet includes rental and insurance forms, as well as general information for the renter (rules and regulations, etc). In order to rent space, all forms in the packet must be completed in their entirety and returned to the Registrar’s Office at Donnelly College, along with payment, no later than 2 weeks prior to the event.

Forms can be processed in person in room 122 at Donnelly College.

Cancellations:

If you must cancel your event, contact the Registrar’s Office at (913) 621-8733 or by e-mail to nancy@donnelly.edu or amber@donnelly.edu.

* The College reserves the right to refuse use to any group and/or event.
