About TMaSA at Donnelly
This summer’s program (June 8 - July 9) explores the breadth and depth of the career opportunities across the transportation industry in the U.S. as well as our local region. Participants will be exposed to the following career topics within the realm of the transportation industry:
Geology
Civil Rights
Investigations
Business
Public Relations
Marketing
Technology
Law
Construction
Engineering
Statistics
The program will also cover transportation safety issues. The focus of Donnelly’s summer TMaSA program is on enriching academic skills needed to pursue careers in transportation, focusing on math, science and study skills.
Quick Notes about the program
- Students receive snacks, lunch and a $20 stipend each day for attending ($400 total with perfect attendance), awarded at the end of the session.
- The program will accept 25 high school students (must be Kansas residents).
- Participants will take part in four field trips, expenses paid.
