Donnelly College is enrolling now for Fall 2009!Extended enrollment hours begin August 17.

Where do I start?
Current students should set up an appointment with their advisor to begin the enrollment process.

When can I enroll?
Below is a summary of the days and times when enrollment processes are available for both current and prospective students:

Extended Hour Enrollment Schedule
One week prior to the beginning of each semester and the first week of each semester.

Mondays

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

 

Tuesdays

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

 

Wednesdays

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

 

Thursdays

9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.

 

Fridays

9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m

Late enrollment is available throughout the first week of classes within each new semester. An additional fee is charged for students enrolling late.

First-time students and some transfer students may need placement testing to provide accurate information in course selection.

Allow 3 hours to complete the enrollment process.

In order to receive college credit, new and transfer students must provide the Registrar's Office with an official copy of the high school transcript, GED, or Ability to Benefit test and/or previous college record.

Tuition

Associate degree program: $187 per credit hour.

Baccalaureate degree program: $232 per credit hour.

English as a Second Language program: $187 per credit hour

Institutional technology fee: $7 (assessed for each credit hour in CS, CT and online courses)

New-student assessment fee: $10 (assessed on each new student during his or her first term)

Preparatory Education/ESL assessment fee: $15 (assessed each term enrolled in either Prep Ed or ESL coursework)

Fees for Checks Returned by Bank:

$20 fee and immediate cancellation of registration. Reinstatement possible only after reimbursement of the returned check plus the $20 fee. Reimbursement of returned check and fee are accepted only by cash, money order, or cashier's check.

Refund policy will be available in the Business Office. The Campus Security Report is available in the Dean of Students' Office.

Changing Class Schedule:

See your advisor first for assistance. This may be done during the first week of classes only. Any changes after the semester begins require the written approval of the Dean of Instruction.
