Posting Policy
All notices, whether posted by College personnel or external advertisers must be cleared and stamped by the Dean of Student Affairs. All notices and information posted on Donnelly’s campus must go through the following posting procedure:

Posting Procedure

  • Flyer* must be submitted as an attachment via e-mail to Write Place Coordinator (kgianakon@donnelly.edu) for proofing and approval a minimum of 48 hours before desired posting date to ensure adequate approval time. *Directional signs are exempt.

  • Once approved by Write Place Coordinator, individual/group must bring proofed flyer to the Office of the Dean of Students for approval, indicated by a stamp applied to each poster or flyer.

  • Upon receiving a stamp, the flyer may be copied and posted in designated posting areas on campus. It is the responsibility of those who hang the flyers to remove them 24 hours after the event and/or activity.

The Office of the Dean of Student Affairs reserves the right to deny the posting or distribution of flyers or posters if information or material is obscene and/or unlawful, or if contrary to the missions and goals of the College. In addition, the office reserves the right to impose limits regarding size, quantity and duration of display. Should a flyer be denied posting, the individual/group has the right to appeal to the President.
