We are here to assist in your marketing and creative needs. From carefully developed printed materials to public relations efforts to strengthening your Web presence, we’ll work with you to create a product that meets both your needs and the needs of the College.

Marketing Consultation
Need to raise awareness about a program or upcoming event? Submit a marketing request to set up an initial meeting with us, and together we’ll work with you to begin brainstorming and developing tactics that meet your goals. Notice needed: 2 weeks+
Internal Communications
Need to communicate information about your program or event with the Donnelly community? We can help! Please submit a marketing request with details on what you want to communicate and information about your audience.
Notice needed: 2 weeks+
Web Presence
The Donnelly College website is our largest marketing tool, and we are always looking to improve it. Whether you want to strengthen current webpage(s) or establish an entirely new presence, we’re here to help! From content development to design, count on us to help you communicate the most important aspects of your program or department. We can also help counsel departments about the use of social media outlets such as Facebook and Twitter. Submit a marketing request to get things started!

Public Relations
A great way to boost awareness about Donnelly is through various PR outreach techniques. From media coverage to press releases about our programs or events, to a head’s up about upcoming unique classroom experiences, we do our best to communicate the quality of a Donnelly education.
Notice needed: 4-6 weeks+

Printed Pieces + Mailers
We are here to help develop and design marketing and informational materials that communicate your message clearly while enhancing the College’s brand. To make the project move quickly, we ask that you supply initial content and ideas for your project within your initial marketing request.

Merchandise + Promotional Items
If it has Donnelly’s name or logo on it, from t-shirts to lanyards to mugs, we want to help! Let us help you find an affordable vendor, and manage the design and ordering process.
Notice needed: 6 weeks+
Photography
Planning an event? Make sure you submit a request for us to photograph it! Photos can then be used in promotional brochures, upcoming issues of the Donnelly Digest, Web pages, etc. Requests will be confirmed on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Notice needed: 2 weeks+
Business Cards
Business cards are ordered on a monthly basis. Please submit your request by 5 p.m. on the last Wednesday of the month. Cards typically arrive the first week of each month. They can be purchased in quantities of 250 or 500, and are paid for out of the marketing budget.
