The primary objective of Donnelly's Organizational Leadership program is the education and development of leaders who demonstrate the understanding, competencies, and ethical foundations needed to assume organizational leadership roles in an unscripted, dynamic future and in diverse contexts.
Concentrations
Many concentrations options are available, such as Biology, Business, Chemistry, Economics, Environment Studies, Early Childhood, and Information Technology. Concentrations in other disciplines received from other institutions may be transferred in to meet the 30 hour concentration requirement.
Graduation Requirements
- Completion of 124 college level credit hours
- Completion of thirty hours of prescribed major courses with a gpa of 2.0 or above
- Cumulative gpa of 2.0 or above
- Completion of all general education requirements
- Completion of a math course with Intermediate Algebra as a pre-requisite
- Completion of 45 upper division credit hours
- Two progressive semesters of language study(except Associate of Science Students) BA candidates only
- Completion of an approved concentration (BAS candidates only)

Yes, however, as with any accredited bachelors degree, the students need to ensure they complete the necessary prerequisite course work for the graduate program they plan to attend.
How much does it cost?
Upper division hours cost $232/credit hour.
How many combined two and four-year college hours may be transferred?
Thirty hours of residency, with twenty-four of the last thirty earned from Donnelly College, are required to earn a bachelors degree.
How many two-year school hours may I transfer?
Students may transfer up to 79 hours from an accredited 4-year institution or two-year college.
