Direct Loan Request

  1. If you haven't already done so, file a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA).

  2. If you are a first-time Direct Loan you must complete Entrance Counseling. If you have previously completed Entrance Counseling, please indicate below. You don’t need to complete Entrance Counseling again.

  3. If you are a first-time Direct Loan borrower, sign a Master Promissory Note (MPN) with your FSA ID number (you establish this number at If you have already completed an MPN, please indicate below.

  4. Complete a Direct Loan Request and return to the Financial Aid office.

Freshman Level (0-29 credits) 




Sophomore Level (30-59 credits)




Junior/Senior Level (60-90+credits)
